Handa CSE is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Civil Service Commission. It does not contain actual examination items. For official information, rely on csc.gov.ph only. Exam dates and rules on this site are copied from CSC issuances with a link; if they differ, the CSC issuance prevails.

No guarantee

The practice items are original and are written to follow the published scope. They may contain mistakes, and a score on this site does not predict your CSC rating. Use of the site is free and at your own risk, to the extent the law allows.

The questions, explanations and code are © READ FRANCE SAS 2026. You may use them for your own study and share links to them. Do not copy the question bank to another site, app or paid product. Legal texts quoted in explanations are public documents.

Handa Pass

Handa Pass is sold as a pre-order: it is still being built. The price is shown before payment and is charged once, in Philippine pesos. READ FRANCE SAS delivers access by e-mail on or before 15 January 2027; if it does not, it refunds the full amount automatically. Before delivery you can cancel and get a full refund by replying to the receipt e-mail. Joining the GCash and Maya list is free and does not commit you to buy.
