The CAF reminds you to file your quarterly income return
In short
If you receive RSA (minimum income) or the prime d'activité (in-work benefit), you must declare your income every three months. This letter or message reminds you that the return is due.
Deadlines to check
- The return is due on the date shown in your CAF account; without it, your payments can stop.
- Since 1 March 2025, your salaries are pre-filled (« montant net social »). You must check them, add other income, then submit.
What to do
- Log in to your account on caf.fr (or the CAF – Mon Compte app).
- Check each pre-filled amount against your payslips (line « montant net social »).
- Add any income that is not pre-filled (allowances, pensions, self-employed income…).
- Submit and keep the confirmation.
Watch out: If a pre-filled amount is wrong, correct it before submitting: you are responsible for your return.
